Refund Policy

At Maddy Fero LLC we stand behind the quality of our digital products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales of digital products including PDF guides, cheat sheets, templates, and video courses are generally final. However, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on the following products:

  • First Sale Fast
  • Zero to Sold
  • Digital Product in a Day
  • 30 Days of Content

If you purchase one of the above products and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase by emailing maddy@maddyfero.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

2. Coaching Services

Payments for one-on-one coaching calls including the Brand Breakthrough Call are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.

3. Courses and Programs

For any courses or programs not listed above, refund eligibility will be specified at the time of purchase. Please review the specific terms for each product before purchasing.

4. Conditions for Refund Denial

We reserve the right to deny a refund request if:

  • The request is made after the applicable refund period has expired
  • There is evidence of fraudulent or abusive use of our refund policy
  • The product has been used to create competing products or distributed without authorization

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment processor.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at maddy@maddyfero.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your full name, email address used at purchase, order number, product name, and reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
